Army Basing

Coordinating the roll out of the UK wide Army Basing Programme for the British Army.

Gleeds was commissioned in late 2011 to coordinate and carry out a series of studies known as the 'Basing Optimisation Programme'. We were asked to assist in identification of the most cost effective laydown for the Army.
