At 48,500 m², Florentinum is the largest office building in the Czech Republic – and only the country’s 3rd project to receive LEED® Platinum certification.

Getting the budget to work smarter

To make this unique development a reality, from the beginning we provided verification of the project budget, including hard and soft costs, time schedule, gross leasable area and permits.

During construction, we monitored all budget spending, recommending costs for the drawdown, anticipated final cost, tender process, quality of works and compliance with the valid permits. In doing so, we helped to make sure our client saw the greatest return from their investment.

Space to work, rest and play

It’s hard to disagree with architect, Jakub Cigler’s, description of Florentinum’s design as ‘bold, elegant and timeless’.

The aim of the development was not only to create an A-class office building but to create 2 new urban spaces which had been long neglected. A 3,000m2 piazza and the restored historical 2,000m2Desfours Garden create beautiful surroundings in a green environment.

And exceptional standards in the building’s operating costs, user comfort, fuel efficiency and environmental performance mean its beauty isn’t just skin deep.
