Located in New York’s Meatpacking District, Wieden + Kennedy appointed Gleeds to provide project and cost management services for the renovation and fit-out of the acclaimed advertising agency’s head office.

The $9m project involved converting a 1920s building into a unique and creative work environment over three phases, allowing the company to remain operational during construction.
