Eddie is an experienced construction professional, with over 23 years’ experience in delivering complex technical construction solutions.
Eddie has been based in Shanghai for the last 19 years and has a strong technical background. Chris has a record of creating growth, driving change and improving performance, successfully delivering projects across the China Mainland region in a number of sectors, including: industrial, retail, commercial offices and R&D.
Eddie has acted as client, consultant and contractor on projects with Capex spends of between $1m and $15m and thus has a thorough understanding of the full construction life cycle. He has hands on experience in delivering project management, design development management, technical due diligence, risk management and procurement advice to clients.
